A tolling bell marks the 70th anniversary on Thursday of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. After a speech from the mayor, Kazumi Matsui, at Hiroshima's shrine, the prime minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe, vows to present a new nuclear disarmament draft resolution at the United Nations.
